Overview
When a DocuSign document is sent through Tropic, how you receive the notification depends on whether or not you’re a Tropic user. This ensures a streamlined process and reduces redundant communications.
If You Are a Tropic User
- You will receive a notification from Tropic—either via email or Slack—prompting you to complete the related task in Tropic.
Note: You will not receive a separate email from DocuSign. Duplicate notifications are disabled as part of the DocuSign integration setup to avoid redundancy.
If You're Not a Tropic User
- You will receive an email directly from DocuSign.
If you don’t see the email, try the following:
- Confirm that the sender used the correct email address.
- Check your junk or spam mail folders.
- Review your DocuSign notification settings to ensure they are configured correctly.
