Overview
Workflows can be deleted when they are no longer needed, such as when a process has changed, or the workflow is no longer relevant. Deleting unused workflows helps keep your settings organized and reduces clutter, ensuring you only see active workflows.
When a workflow is deleted, it will no longer be assigned to new requests. However, any requests already assigned to the deleted workflow will retain it for continuity.
Important: You can’t delete a workflow used in a workflow assignment rule. You must first replace the workflow in any workflow assignment rules.
The replacement workflow must be assigned to the same purchase category. If you need assistance please reach out to our Support Team by submitting a ticket.
