Request form questions can be grouped into one or more pages. This guide explains how to add, edit, rearrange, and delete pages in a request form.
Adding a New Page
Requires the following role: Owner
To add a new page to a request form:
- Navigate to Settings --> Purchase Categories
- Click the ellipsis […] for the category row.
- Click Edit Form.
- Click Add New Page.
- Enter a page Title.
- Click Add Page.
You can now add questions to the page. You can also move existing questions to the page.
Note: Page names can only include numbers, letters, and underscores
Editing a Page and Its Title
Requires the following role: Owner
You can edit a page to update its title.
- Click the ellipsis […] for the category row.
- Click Edit Form
- Select the page you want to edit in the left menu
- Click Edit Title.
- Update the page Title and click Save.
Rearranging Pages
To rearrange questions, click the Grab icon and drag the page to the desired location.
Deleting a Page
Requires the following role: Owner
To delete a page in a request form:
- Click the ellipsis […] for the category row.
- Click Edit Form.
- Select the request form page.
- Click Delete Page.
