Key Contract Metrics
Renewal Requests Needed.
- Identifies active contracts past the renewal reminder date with renewal types set to Automatic or Optional.
- Action: Click the count to see contracts needing renewal requests.
Opt Outs/Ins within 90 Days
- Highlights active contracts nearing their opt-in or opt-out date in the next 90 days.
- Action: Click the count for a detailed list.
Renewals within 90 Days
- Displays the total contract value of active contracts expiring within 90 days.
- Action: Click to review the financial commitment for upcoming renewals.
Upcoming Contracts for Renewal
- Lists active contracts with end dates in the next 90 days.
- Action: Click the count to prioritize renewals.
Undetermined Contracts
- Flags contracts missing an end date, preventing accurate status assignment.
Contracts in Setup
- Shows contracts marked as Action Required or Not Set.
- Action: Click to navigate to the Contracts Missing Information tab.

The Contracts page is your central hub for:
- Adding new contracts.
- Viewing existing records.
- Tracking details like owners, departments, stages, values, and renewal dates.
Organize Contracts with Group By
Group contracts by criteria such as:
- Suppliers – Sort contracts by associated suppliers.
- Departments – View contracts by team ownership.
- Setup Status – Track contracts in stages like In Review or Completed.
Refine Your View with Filters
Use filters to narrow down contracts based on:
- Supplier
- Owner
- Next Purchase Date
- Opt-Out Date
- Contract Value
- Status (Active, Inactive, etc.)
- Stage (Renewal, Terminated, etc.)
Customize Your View with Columns
- Tailor which columns are displayed in your list view, such as Contract Name, Owner, Start Date, and Auto Renewal.
- Use Edit Selections to add or remove fields.
Additional Features
Calendar View
