Overview
The Exports page is where you manage all exports for your organization. You can start exports directly from the page you are viewing, such as Contracts, Suppliers, or Requests. When you do this, the export appears on the Exports page right away so you can download it or re-run it. You can also start a new export directly from the Exports page. Only Organization Owners can use this feature.
Benefits of the Exports Page
You use the Exports page when you need consistent access to your data across the platform.
- Work from one place - Every export you run appears on the Exports page, so you do not need to look in different places to download your files.
- Save time during reviews - You can pull user lists, request activity, workflows, suppliers, and contracts quickly when you need data for internal reviews or audits.
- Avoid repeating work - You can re-run any export instead of setting it up again.
- Reduce duplicate requests - You can see exports created by other Owners and use them instead of rebuilding the same export.
- Keep clean records - You always know who created an export and when it was created.

Available Export Types
All the exports below route to the Exports page. You can download them or re-run them any time.
- Users: Your user list, role information, and owned contracts. You might use this when reviewing access or user ownership.
- Purchase Requests: Indexes of purchase requests with related tasks and activity. Often used for audits or request history reviews.
- General Requests: Indexes of all general requests with related tasks and activity. You might export this if you want a full index of requests outside purchasing.

Purchase Request Forms
Form configurations are used when creating purchase requests. You can export this if you need to review the structure of your purchase request forms. - Request Tasks: Task information linked to requests. Use this export when you need task-level data linked to requests.
- Procurement Policies: You can use this export if you want a copy of your current policy settings.
- Purchase Workflows: You might export this if you want to review or adjust your purchase workflow configurations.
- General Workflows: Workflow setups for general requests and inquiries. Helpful when you need an overview of your general request and inquiry workflows
- Questionnaires: Templates for forms and task questionnaires.
- Form Responses: All answers that were submitted through request forms and task questionnaires.
- Task Questionnaires: Task form configurations.
- Approvers Matrix: Department and business approver information.
- Departments: Department details and structure. Useful when reviewing department structure or planning changes.
- Documents: Contract documents by type if this feature is enabled.
- Suppliers: Supplier data, including suggested and custom fields. Use this export when you want supplier data, including suggested and custom fields.
- Contracts: Contract data, including payment fields, suggested fields, and custom fields.
Steps
Follow these steps to start and manage exports from the Exports page.
- Go to Reports, and select Exports.
- Click New Export.

In the dropdown, select the type you want to export.
- The export starts running immediately and appears in the Exports list.
- You can filter exports by Source, Status, or Date to find what you need.
- Click Download to download the export as a CSV file. Click Run Again to repeat the export.
